Fit Club is a gift to community. The environment in nature to nurture self expression and in a communal setting of personal growth is truly a brilliant idea by Rebecca and Chris. Kuddos for their inclusionary ways, their determination to help you advance at your own pace, and the endurance to "show up every morning. I personally found myself in a downward spiral and I am achieving a reuniting with who I like to be. Gratitude overflows. In the spirit of progress and joy.

This boot camp experience has been so rewarding. Every day I go home feeling great (sore but great)! All of my friends have noticed not only a change in my physical appearance but also in my mood. I am always smiling; they all say I have a special glow. I would recommend this boot camp to anyone and everyone! I cannot believe how quickly the hour flies by. I come home so energized and ready to face the day. I now have the energy to keep up with my kids who are full of energy! Thank you to Chris and Rebecca for making working out fun! As Chris always says don’t forget to smile and to quote Rebecca all you have to do is “show up” they will do the rest!

I lost 40 pounds in 4 months and the weight has stayed off! After my pregnancy my baby weight wasn't coming off like everyone said it would, so I decided to do something about it. I met Chris and not only did she help me workout, but she educated me on what healthy foods I should be eating. I had a previous knee injury that kept me from doing many athletic things. Chris helped me lose weight working out, without re-injuring my knee. Her workout methods are specifically designed to be intense enough to get a good workout, but not stressful on your muscles. I never once feared injuring myself while working out with her. Chris is also a great trainer because she lets you set your own goals. I've never wanted to have a personal trainer before because training is usually their life. In my experience the trainers I worked with didn't understand me and what I wanted to accomplish. They wanted me to strive to meet their goals. Chris is an excellent trainer because she doesn't push you past a place where you want to be until you're ready. I've never felt pressured, however she gets great results. My pants were getting looser everyday!

I would highly recommend Chris and her program! It was the best workout experience I’ve ever had!
