I was introduced to Boot Camp at a very difficult time in my life - a time when life's curve balls and circumstances had me pretty well whooped.  Normally a fairly active and fit person, I had packed on an ugly 25 pounds in the previous 10 months, and my fitness had plummeted.  I came to boot camp "as is", and I was amazed at the encouragement and kindness I received.
Now don't get me wrong - this is an intense "kick ass" workout, but with compassion and camaraderie, all are accepted right where they are, and are encouraged beyond measure to push themselves toward health and fitness.  Rebecca and Julie are outstanding leaders, encompassing all aspects of exercise, diet and health, and are able to lead all participants toward their goals.
 
Now I still have a long way to go, but I am well on my way.  I have lost weight, improved my strength and fitness, and can fit in my jeans!   I have also met lovely women, sweating along side, sharing the hour of hard work and great exercise. I am so thankful for this group - boot camp has been a real blessing, and I am so grateful.

I started boot camp several months ago and am pleased with the overall results I have experienced with my workouts.  I have seen major differences in my muscle tone not to mention weight loss.  While these classes are very challenging, the friends I have made at class continue to encourage me.  Rebecca and Julie are wonderful instructors who assist all of us during each class to make certain we are performing the exercises correctly.  They too, encourage us to do our best each and every morning.  Joining this class has been one of the best decisions I have ever made.
