At FIT Club, we know that there are many different ways to get in shape and that one size does not fit all. We want our clients to have many choices and to help them reach goals for the different seasons, interests & times in their lives.

Besides our Bootcamps, we offer the following services:

In-Home Personal Training
Single session $75 per hour

Group Training
2 @ $50 per hour
3 @ $40 per hour
4 @ $30 per hour

Running
If you have never trained for a 5k, 10k, ½ or full marathon, I really encourage you to give it a try! Most of my clients have found themselves not only improving their fitness levels but gaining a confidence that they did not think possible.

We Offer Personalized:
Training for Races (5K, 10K, ½ or full marathon)

 

For seasoned runners that feel they are stuck in a rut, sometime doing some speed work either out on the trails or on the track is the very thing to move to the next level and move out of a rut or plateau.
