Chris is a Certified Personal Trainer with AFAA (Aerobic
& Fitness Association of America) who has been involved
in the Fitness and Nutrition industry for over 20 years.
Her passion is to help, inspire, and motivate those
who have tried it all and those who need something new.
She has owned and operated two successful Curves Fitness
franchises here in Southern California. With her strong
leadership and motivational skills, her clients have
experienced great results while having fun in the process.
Chris attended her first Hi/Low Aerobics class back
in the late 80's, and was inspired by the instructor
to give teaching a try. She has not looked back since,
and enjoys helping other women reach their fitness goals.

Rebecca Boyle is a Certified Personal Trainer and
business owner who has been involved in the fitness
industry for about 30 years. Her passion for helping
people achieve a healthy lifestyle through exercise
and balanced nutrition was founded on her own, long
-term struggle to overcome anorexia and bulimia. This
experience has enabled her to work successfully with
many women who desire to maintain fitness and health.
Rebecca earned her certification with the Aerobic
and Fitness Association of America (AFAA ) and has
been an instructor at several fitness bootcamps. She
owns her own In-Home Personal Training business, facilitating
individual and group training sessions. Her desire
is to encourage others to make fitness and health
a natural part of their lives through having fun and
connecting with others that have that same desire. |

Julie Biggs has been involved in fitness and sports
such as surfing, softball and tennis all of her life.
She attended California State University, Long Beach
earning a Masters of Art’s degree in Motor Development
and a Bachelor of Art’s degree in Physical Education.
Julie currently holds certifications from AFAA (Aerobics
and Fitness Association of America). She has taught
in the Physical Education Department at both University
and Community College level, and has coached tennis
as well. She has been teaching group exercise for
over 25 years. Recently, she relocated to Orange County
from Corona, California after owning her own Cardio
Boot Camp Business. Julie’s heart’s desire
is to educate, motivate and physically instruct those
who want to make a change in their lifestyle through
an exercise program. |
