At FIT Club our Bootcamps are designed to make you
feel at home no matter what your current fitness level
may be. Our Bootcamps are held outdoors at various
times and locations, and run throughout the year.
We integrate cardiovascular, strength and resistance
training to make the hour a well balanced, full-body
workout that is fun!
